Later
Later started with someone I know better than anyone—my wife. She wasn’t disorganized. She was overwhelmed by the constant effort of trying to remember everything.

OVERVIEW
Designing an app that helps your brain finally let go.
My wife had developed her own system for staying on top of life: alarm labels, sticky notes, reminders scattered across different apps, and mental checklists that never seemed to end. The system worked—but only because she never stopped thinking. Watching that made me realize the problem wasn't productivity. It was cognitive load. I built Later around a simple idea: your brain shouldn't have to hold onto everything. Capturing a thought should take seconds, organizing it should feel effortless, and trusting you'll see it again at the right moment should feel automatic. I designed and built the entire product from scratch, including the brand identity, user experience, iOS application, website, and launch campaign. Every feature was intentionally questioned. Instead of adding complexity, I focused on removing it. Later isn't about getting more done. It's about creating enough mental space to be present for the things that matter most.
Designed around mental clarity.
Every interaction was designed to reduce friction. Adding a reminder, organizing thoughts into boards, and finding something later all happen with as little cognitive effort as possible, allowing the app to quietly disappear into everyday life.
Questioning every feature.
Rather than copying existing productivity apps, I started from first principles. Every screen, workflow, and interaction was designed around a single question: does this reduce mental effort, or add to it? If it added complexity, it didn't make the final product.
One idea, one experience.
From the logo and visual identity to the website, App Store assets, and marketing, every part of Later was designed around the same feeling: calm, confidence, and the freedom to stop trying to remember everything.
